This privacy policy applies to the Vo2Max Calculator app (hereby referred to as Application) for mobile devices that was created by Fitame (hereby referred to as Service Provider) as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use AS IS.

The Service Provider may disclose information in certain situations, such as:

Use of Garmin FIT SDK
Our application uses the Garmin FIT SDK to support the creation, processing, and interpretation of FIT files (Flexible and Interoperable Data Transfer). These files are used to store data related to physical activities, training metrics, time, distance, heart rate, and location.
Types of Data We Handle:
- Physical activity data, including time logs, GPS locations, pace, and heart rate (when available);
- Technical information from your device collected when generating or interpreting FIT files.
How We Use This Data:
- To enable the export and import of physical activity files compatible with Garmin devices and services;
- To provide a personalized and accurate representation of your physical activities within the app.
What We Do Not Do:
- We do not send your FIT data to Garmin servers;
- We will not share your physical activity data with third parties without your explicit consent.
All data processing using the Garmin FIT SDK is performed locally on your device, ensuring that your personal physical activity information remains private and under your control.
Right to Uninstall
You can stop all data collection by the App simply by uninstalling it. To do this, use the standard uninstallation process available on your mobile device or through the relevant app store or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain the data provided by the user while you are using the App and for a reasonable period after usage ends. If you wish to have the data provided through the App deleted, please contact us at support@fitame.fitness. Your request will be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (support@fitame.fitness) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
